Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email containing your tracking details.
- Orders placed during promotional campaigns, sale periods, or holidays may require additional processing time.
- Delivery timelines commence from the date of dispatch and not from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹299.
- Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible and serviceable PIN codes under the following terms:
Outpace reserves the right to restrict or discontinue COD for customers with repeated order cancellations, refused deliveries, or excessive RTO history.
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
An order may be returned to us (RTO) due to incorrect shipping addresses, recipient unavailability, or delivery refusal.
In such cases, Outpace reserves the right to:
- Deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund.
- Disable or restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) for future purchases.
- Require prepaid payments for future orders.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Outpace shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure your full address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate during checkout. Outpace is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details.
