REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This website, https://outpace.in, is owned and operated by Enervia Nutraceuticals Private Limited under the brand name Outpace.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original sealed packaging.

  • Include all original labels and accessories (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Due to the consumable nature of nutraceutical products, opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective product,

  • An expired product, or

  • An incorrect product,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please email us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the outer packaging

  • An unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.


3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup wherever service is available.

  • If pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product to our designated address.

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt before the refund or replacement is approved.


4. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, defective product, or expired product), return shipping charges will be borne by Outpace.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.


5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping charges, COD charges (if any), and convenience fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used nutraceutical products.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

  • Products returned after the eligible return period.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Refund & Return Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Within 4 hours of placing the order, or

  • Before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse,

whichever occurs earlier.

Cancellation requests received after dispatch cannot be accepted.


2. Cancellation Process

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately using the contact details provided below.

Cancellation requests are processed during business hours only.


3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If eligible, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before dispatch:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.


5. Right to Cancel Orders

Outpace reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Payment verification issues

  • Any other operational or legal reasons

In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
