This website, https://outpace.in, is owned and operated by Enervia Nutraceuticals Private Limited under the brand name Outpace.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via SMS and/or email.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

₹49 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹599.
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹599.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on eligible serviceable PIN codes.

COD Terms:

COD Handling Fee: ₹49
Minimum Order Value:
- ₹1,199 for first-time customers
- ₹499 for returning customers
Maximum COD Order Value: ₹2,999

We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for customers with repeated order cancellations, failed deliveries, or Return-to-Origin (RTO) history.

5. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect shipping address
Customer unavailable
Order refusal
Multiple failed delivery attempts

we reserve the right to:

Deduct applicable shipping charges from the refund (if any).
Restrict future Cash on Delivery eligibility.
Require prepaid payment for future orders.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Outpace shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
